All top-ups are digital assets delivered instantly to your account. Once the credits are successfully added, the transaction is considered final and generally non-refundable.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds are strictly limited to technical failures where payment was deducted from your bank but no in-game credit was received after 24 hours.
User Responsibility
Mistakes made by the user, such as entering an incorrect Player ID, Game Zone, or Region, are not eligible for refunds. Please double-check details before purchasing.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be reversed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
